COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

In these uncertain times regarding the novel Coronavirus COVID-19 we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to provide you with continuous and unaffected service while at the same time implementing protocols to keep our team safe.

Our company is issuing internal guidance based on their local and national directives while embracing a Business Continuity Plan that minimizes disruption to normal operations.

Business Continuity Plan
We have put in place a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan to ensure you will continue to have access to us regardless of whether we are physically in our offices.

We have postponed all face-to-face events until the end of the month to ensure the safety of our employees and clients. For those events that are later in the calendar year, we are taking a wait-and-see approach.

Security and Redundancy
We maintain a robust and distributed infrastructure and have practices in place to mitigate unforeseen events and circumstances. Our team plans to continue to be available to you during our regular business hours.

We hope that the current COVID-19 virus will be fast contained, and that the world will be able to resume normalcy very soon. We wish all of you and your loved ones health and safety during these difficult and unforeseen circumstances.

Pipe Exchange LLC (“Pipe Exchange,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) respects your privacy. This privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains the accepted privacy practices for our online service and product listings (collectively, the “Services”) found via our website at https://pipexch.com/ (the “Website”). Personal Information that Pipe Exchange collects

Information gathered when using the Services

Children’s Online Privacy Information

Pipe Exchange does not knowingly collect personal information from minors who are under the age of 16 through the Website and/or the Services thereon. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without his/her consent, then he or she should contact Pipe Exchange at the information described below. If we become aware that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.
